How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your low-tox home. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Do you use plastic-free packaging?
We strive to be as sustainable as possible. Most orders are shipped using recycled cardboard, paper tape, and biodegradable fill. We are constantly working toward 100% plastic-free shipping.
